Fabulous Food

I was visiting friends and we went to Elizabeth's for dinner. Luckily for us we had a reservation. The owner is the chef and he is warm, friendly, a terrific host and most importantly a wonderful chef. The food isn't fancy but it does taste great!!! I had a bowl of corn chowder which was both very rich in its taste but also very light. I have been dreaming about it and wondering how he made it.
