My experience with Marsetta Lane has been a rewarding yet eye opening experience. I have worked at various locations in Pittsburgh and surrounding suburbs; the jobs varied from excellent to poor. The recruitment staff is always there to listen, however, there are some conf...moreidentiality issues. Some things just should not be mentioned to other staff members. The pay scale is not flexible at all. You can work months on a job and never get an increase. I think there should be some incentives for employees. Their vacation policy leaves a bitter taste in my mouth; you must work consistent for 1 year ( the employee must work a certain number of hours) As a temp if you are off for more than a week there goes your vacation pay.
