You Get What You Pay For

I went to this place because it was in my neighborhood and had good prices, and I was tired of paying over $50 for cuts in Shadyside. I have fine hair that I had not cut in a long time, and I told the stylist, Kristy, to give me any kind of cut she liked that made me look good and gave my hair a little volume. Horrible place

I wanted to dye my daughter's hair from black back to brown.\r 3 h and $75 later she still had black hair. They told me it was very hard to do, but they should've told me that before and I would've taken her to the professionals.\r It was really not worth it.\r

Good Find

Great salon in good neighborhood. I just moved to Pittsburgh and was searching for a new salon and was overwhelmed by all the salons and all the reviews. I was looking for a smaller salon that did a great job and I found it on the first try. Owner was very personable and all employees very sweet and hospitable. I love my new highlights and silky hair thanks to Kristi.

I went to Salon Louie to get my hair done for prom. My Mom had been going there to get her hair cut and dyed, and had reccomended her stylist, Christie, to me.
