My delivery person does not distribute samples and coupons and refuses to put the paper in the tube. Post Gazette says customer service is important but after numerous calls the problem has not been addressed. I'm cancelling the paper, they don't care about the customer. deplorable. Could only get innumerable pages of sports stories. No other searches provided anything even close to what I specifically requested. Exactly what are your archives for if they cannot provide simple information? And I am certain that the information is available somewhere since it concered an article printed yesterday (5/1/10).
