They have the most delicious cakes. Try to get them as often as we travel that way. Great, friendly service.

As a cake decorator myself, I am very picky about where I go when I want cake but am not in the mood to make it myself. Well folks, this bakery is fabulous. All homemade, their cakes are moist, delicious and their buttercreme icing is so smooth and creamy. Their cakes are also decorated beautifully. Because of my hectic schedule these days, I am doing very few cakes so if anyone wants to know of a great little bakery (forget Bethel Bakery) this is the place I highly recommend!!!!



P.S. Not in the mood for a whole cake, this bakery offers all sizes of cakes, even individual pieces, with a number of varieties to satisfy anyone's tastebuds. What are you waiting for, visit them and give them a try! You will NOT be sorry!

A few years ago I was on the way home (Uniontown) from Pittsburgh and stopped at every imaginable shop looking for a birthday cake for my son. Out of the corner of my eye I spied a bakery sign and whipped across 4 lanes right up to Pastries A-la-Carte. And what a find!! Now I go out of my way just to buy cakes there. They are delicious and very appealing. I took brochures back to my office and friends. My girlfriend ordered 2 cakes for the bridal shower of her prospective daughter-in-law and I'm about to order some for my neice's baby shower. The chocolate covered strawberries and cookies etc are also great! You can never go wrong with Pastries A-la-Carte!!
