The Authority was chartered in 1954 by the Mt. Lebanon Commission under the Pennsylvania "Parking Authority LawAll disputes on tickets can be addressed to District Magistrate Blaise Larotonda. His office is currently located at 680 Washington Road next to the Textile Studio. He will hear all disputes at no charge on Monday thru Wednesday between the hours of 8am and 9am or 2pm and 3pm. District Magistrate Blaise Larotonda 680 Washington RoadThe garages and lots are open 24 hours a day with some restrictions. Attendants are typically at both garages between 7am until 11pm Mon-Fri and 8am until 11pm on Saturdays. Parking in the garages is free on Sundays. The office at 788 Washington Road is open for your assistance Mon-Fri 8: 30am-5pm.Mt. Lebanon Ordinance Chapter X Section 906 does not permit parking on streets between the hours of 2am and 6am. Cars parked on the streets between these hours will be tagged and enforced by the Mt. Lebanon Police Department. If you have a guest visiting or other circumstance that your car must be parked on the street overnight, you must seek special permission on a daily basis from:
