        Great selection of sofas and definitely mattresses. Was able to test rest every mattress brand out there. Salesperson was awesome!

        I was there in February, ordered a 2k dollar couch, and put a deposit down. I use a Visa gift card for some of the deposits. After waiting 8 months and still no couch, I canceled the order. I was then told that the money from the gift card would not be returned as they could only return it to the card it came from. So they kept that money and were extremely rude and condescending in that everybody keeps a visa gift card in case the money will be returned some day.

        So we got a couch and a bench from Levins in Robinson. The bench broke the first day and the first time I used it. Called and reported it the next day. After 2 months of complaining it's still not fixed. Called Gina at customer service and she was extremely rude!!! She gave us attitude instead of understanding our side of the story. The bench wasn't cheap either. You think a big furniture store like this would have professionals working for them and respect their customers. But not definitely not the case.
