My family has been coming to this dry cleaners and laundromat for years. I have always thought the staff to be very nice and friendly. The laundromat is always clean!

Male worker makes me afraid to go there now. When I was the this past Sunday, he swore and yelled at at least 2 very calm customers while I was there. The first one was a lady that asked if she had enough time to do her laundry. He proceeded to yell at her and tell her she didn't have enough time and to not even try to put her laundry in. The other time was at a man who was getting change out. He yelled and swore at him as well, telling the man he was full of bullsh** for needing that much change, and that he didn't need his or any other customers service and said "we don't care about who comes in, we don't need them". I am now afraid to go in there alone and will have to find a new and safer feeling laundromat.

Terrible place to go to. The older man that works there has terrible anger issues. He was swearing and yelling at another person while I was there simply because they were getting change out of the machine. He made such a huge scene. This is very embarrassing for the whole establishment and made me not feel comfortable enough to go there ever again. After today, my friends and I will never do our laundry there again.

I took 2 cashmere sweaters that had been worn only once in for cleaning. When I got them back they were puffy & smaller with pilling. I left them with the gal @ the counter who told me she would talk to the owner because this should not have happened. She said she would call me, or the owner would after she looked @ them. I did not hear from them, so after a few days I went back in & was told that the owner said it was the quality of the material, to take it back to the store.

I said I had bought same sweaters over the years & never had a problem with them. I would, however, go to the store and see if they had had returns. (they, Nordtroms, had not but would take them back, they also felt it was the heat in the steam that had destroyed the sweaters or the sweaters had been washed.)

In the mean time, I had one more of the same sweaters, one I had not worn. I said that I would wear it over the weekend, take it elsewhere to be cleaned and see if that was the problem.

I did this, I took it to Ruby's Cleaners on Babbcock and it came out beautifully.

I returned with this sweater to Hallmark to show the how nicely it had come out & that it was a problem on their end. The counter person agreed and said that she would talk with Chris the owner once again & would call.

I did not hear back so I called several times & the owner was never there or could not come to the phone. I returned a few times with the same result. The counter person was very nice & said she would make sure I heard back .

I waited two days and called, Sherry the counter person I had been dealing with said she was sorry but the owner was going to do nothing about it.

I never once has a call or anything from the owner.

I had been using Hallmark for a very long time but will NEVER go back. If you have a problem with them you will not get results. I rate them with the worst rating possible 0 stars an F !!!!

Wonderful place wonderful people must visit to really appreciate. C"mon check it out, best kept secret in North Hills.
