Unethical business practices
The worst shopping experience of my life. This shop was holding my daughters prom gown to steam the wrinkles and check the beading. I paid for the gown in full. When I was leaving the sales person said they were going to call the manufacturer to see if they could remake the same gown for me and if not I could pick this one up after they checked for flaws. She promised to call the next day. Three days go by, the clerk calls to tell me she can't get a new gown, and has also resold the gown that I paid for to someone else. Of course she let the gown leave the store with the second person. They will not return it, and she now tells me it gown maker will make a new gown for the second person because she actually needed a smaller size than the one I paid for that fit my daughter perfectly. I have been waiting a week still no gown, still no refund or offer to discount the gown, if I ever get it back, since now to me it is a used gown.

There was a mixup at the store regarding this dress and we were very apologetic for the mistake but the customer did receive a brand new gown within a week's time and it fit the customer beautifully. The gown was for her daughter and and she was extremely satisfied and left very happy.
