Brutal customer relations. I arrived a few MINUTES before closing at 9 p.m. on May 19th 2015 with a luggage bag, full of records, CDs and DVDs. The angry, mean spirited, condescending front desk woman slammed me. I needed the money tonight to secure some medical supplies for my 91 year old mother, who has dementia and multiple contrures in her body. I am stunned and feel incredibly stupid for even making an attempt to go in the Exchange store on the south side on May 19th 2015. I will never go in the store again. I hope the owners know that they lost several thousand dollars in retail sales because the angry manager on duty could not stay even one minute past 9 p.m. Indeed, she looked at her watch as she was talking to me and stated that it was already 9 p.m. She offered to let me leave my bag overnight in the record shop. This was hideousm A worder tilo the owners: check into who's running your store or who was running it on May 19, 2015, since that person cost you what most likely would have been several thousand dollars in retail sales.
