Upon hire Lea froze my case for over a year telling me she couldn't expedite a decision on the Discovery find out by calling the Commonwealth Court that it could have been expedited and that same day the came with the decision. She never did any kind of investigation pertaining to my case. In over a years time never did anything at all to even represent me. It felt as if I hired a Wal Mart greeter for counsel. I gave her a signed affidavit from the key witness she didn't use it or subpoena her to even testify had another witness that stated he heard the witnesses say they'll do anything to get rid of me. Had solid information on every witness didn't use it. She had no cross examination skills at all. Could never get into contact with her it would go straight to fax. The only time she would respond if money was involved. She may need to go to a remedial law program to get better competence in her craft. Didn't use any witnesses or evidence just refuted and did a case brief. Throughout kept saying my case was special but never stated why then I found out in court. Kept saying she could win on appeal tried to stretch me out for another couple grand. She also told me she filed a motion to dismiss my case because the court took too long and sent me the motion she claimed she filed then I found out she never filed it and wavered my right without me knowing. After the pathetic showing in court I did better research and hired a professional attorney. Before hiring an attorney make sure they will work for you and not try to take advantage of you by taking your money with no real representation in site. If you hire this firm or this attorney know what your getting yourself into. I am an Army Veteran and live by the values and trust me when I say this. I can prove everything I posted.
