I read all the reviews about bad service but said to my self ""maybe it was just people who have an ax to grind"". Well, those people are right. ALL Brand had my fancy TV for a few days, no call. So I called 4 days later and asked the status. They said the techician would be looking at it soon. OK, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I called back three days later and was told ""we are behind, sorry. He will look at it today, and I will give you a call tomorrow with the status"". No call. Now we are up to a eight days. Called back four days later (two days were a weekend) and told. ""Sorry, we are runnng 12 days behind"". Then way didn't you say that when you took my TV? DO NOT USE THEM. They ask for a credit card even before they touch your TV. Did I mention I got quoted two different prices over the phone?Something about my zip code. RUN AWAY! They will NEVER see me again. Anyone BUT ALL BRAND ELECTRONICS should be your starting point.
