The male director, Marc, whom answers…

The male director, Marc, whom answers the phone is very rude and does not care for his customer base, shown in how he treats them with little regard or respect. They allow rude behavior and an example would be a heavyset, male taxi driver telling a customer that she was going straight to hell for wearing a campaign t-shirt. The fare is overpriced and they do not allow you to cancel rides, you still have to pay even if you call right away to cancel and they are very rude about it.That inspires me to either not ride the transit or to not call and just leave without canceling so that they can sit and wait for a nonexistant person.
