So disappointed in the customer service at this store. My son was given a Power Wheels as a gift for his 2nd birthday. The box that was sent had a large sticker that said the battery expired in Sept. 2013. We attempted to charge anyway, but it did not work. Upon returning to the store, the supervisor was very unfriendly and not willing to help. He said they didn't have it in store so they couldn't do anything. He also told us to contact the manufacturer, which I was open to, but when asked for the contact information and what to expect the response was, "I don't know...maybe look online." I then explained that I was a bit confused as to why they would not help us since the product was purchased from Toys R Us (we had confirmation and receipt), and he said that no, it wasn't since it was an online purchase. Even if they were unable to fix our problem directly in the store, some customer service to assist us in figuring out what we needed to do would have been very helpful.
