        Overall

        Worst customer experience I've ever had. My experience in the store with my sales rep was fine, I'm talking about after the sale. You are shifted to third parties who claim to be Customer Care, but could careless about you, your purchase or weather or not your delivery goes well. They have lied to us regarding our furniture being in town and ready for delivery to we actually don't have it to delivering a partial order to delivering the wrong items. Its been a over a month since we made our purchase. Its been a week of holding to speak with someone that can't help you and doesn't care about your dilemma. Never again!
