        Overall

        Michaels installed a new heat pump in my house but failed to measure it properly and it sticks out into the hall. He promised to send a carpenter to make a new door for it. He insisted on full payment before he finished the job and it was a mistake to pay him because he never showed up to finish the work. He promised many times over three months to make it right, but he lied and never made good on his promises. Eventually I had to hire a competent company to come and finish the botched job. I do not recommend this contractor.
