Grand Tire Automotive Centers

We had an estimate done to repair our vehicle at another shop but they couldn't get to my vehicle for a while. I called and got my vehicle into Grand right away. The girl who I made the appointment with kept saying she wanted her technician to diagnose the vehicle and not just order the parts I requested. I couldn't understand why and was a little upset at first because I just wanted it to be done. Turns out that I am SO GLAD they diagnose their own work before letting someone spend a ton of money on stuff they don't need. They went out of their way to fix what was actually wrong with my vehicle and get me tires that they don't usually carry just to make sure my kids were safe riding around in my vehicle. I am 100% satisfied! They treated me like family and it's very hard for a woman to get treated with respect when it comes to matters of the car.

Went in at 7:30am to get a single tire changed. I was the second person there when they opened. They didnt have my tire but the warehouse in Alexandria did (20 minutes away). The tire didnt get put on on my car until after 4:00pm and my car wasn't ready until 5:00pm...10 hours later for a single tire change



To top it off they reduced the price by 1$...Horrible



Just go somewhere else

Zero these guys will not let you post benefit signs they will tell you to get out of their business you are Waisting their time!
