I was shopping all week for a vehicle, dreading every dealership that i went to UNTIL I FOUND SUPERIOR AUTO SALES AND THERE FAMILY OPERATED DEALERSHIP, I WISH I WENT TO THEM FIRST! At other dealerships the salesman almost jumping on me with pressure to buy a car, I did not like there "funny money deals" meaning other dealers, where going to give me a trade-in value for my pay-off amount which was weird because i knew i was upside down in my trade, but I figured out that the way they where able to to that was to then jack up the price of the vehicle they were going to sell me by over $10k !!!! All I wanted was a dealer to shoot me strait, meaning, "GIVE ME A FAIR MARKET TRADE-IN VALUE ON MY VEHICLE AND A FAIR PRICE ON YOUR VEHICLE." The people at superior auto did just that, so I was able to see the REAL # 's $$$$. It was so nice how they operate, they have all of there best prices clearly marked on the windows, they do not negotiate on price which was new to me, when you think about buying a car, you thing about having to haggle on price, they said there first price is there best price, and after looking online I found them to have very competitive prices when I looked on autotrader.com . they even have a free 30day 2,000 miles warranty for all major componants, like drive-train , transmission , air-conditioning and more. But what I really liked so much about the dealership was how they treated me after the sale, even though I know im buying a used car, and signing "AS IS" Warranty contract just like every other dealer in the state of Florida, they went above and be-hound. It was about 1 week after i bought my car that the window motor stopped working on my back window, I called them and asked what was a good place to have it fixed at, the manager Ryan Kashtan said "bring it by and let me have a look at it" so I did and he said he would have it fixed free of charge with in a couple of hours! I asked him, but wasn't that not covered under the limited 30 warranty you offer with every car. Ryan kashtan said No it is not covered, but we want you to be happy with your purchase, we want you to tell your friends and family about your experience here at superior auto, because we do alot of word of mouth business. In the last month or so I have had 1 family member and 2 friends purchased vehicles off of superior auto sales, and they all Love the way they were treated, the loved that there are no commission payed salesman at the lot who are known to presure the customer. They were able to meet the owner Mike Kashtan, and his wife and 2 sons who are always there to keep the place running the way they want, which is giving the customer a great experience, needless to say, all of my friends just love there cars, and I will be a customer fo superior autos for LIFE!!!!
My credit was destroyed in a divorce and I didn't think I would ever be able to finance a nice car again. I called E-Z Car credit and Mark assured me that he would be able to help me get into a great car. I was a little unsure about being able to be approved for a loan but sure enough they did it!!! I dealt with JR and he put me into the car that I picked out. I couldn't believe it - The paperwork was a breeze and Chris explained everything to me about the deal and how this would help my credit for future purchases. To top it off they got a decent interest rate - I love these guys!!! Thank you E-Z and I would and will recommend them to everyone!!!
Wonderful customer service with attention to detail. Colin, the Manager is involved in every facet of purchases. Every car has been inspected to the fullest extent and pampered to whatever needs attending too The staff is friendly and none aggressive. But it is Colin who makes it happen. His easy-going manner leaves you feeling confident in a purchase. There's no push, no hard sell. Just answers to questions and advice on which Used car fits you. Colin is the guy I call when I want to buy a car. Nuf' said.
