        Unsafe maintenance practices. Went for a tire rotation and wheel alignment. 8 days later a lug nut fell off from excess torque or wrongfully threaded nut. They refused to fix it because all of sudden they never rotated the tires. I have and showed them the receipt showing that all 4 tires had been rotated. They still refused to fix it. Calling corporate 1st thing Monday morning.. Makes me wonder, how many other lug nuts will fall off?Dangerous situation.

        Service really bad

        Took my car in for oil change. That part went well. I asked the service manager to check my tires as I KNOW I need new ones. I sat and watched the oil change be done and NO ONE ever came close to checking the tires, as I asked. When confronted upon checkout, the manager told me he checked the tires and they are ok.
        I watched the car the whole time and he never went near it. Getting tires elsewhere.

        BOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

        These guys tried to screw me every which way they could. "ou have to buy our $2100 parts" even though I had the parts

        I needed in my backo seat. They ran an A/C check on my car even though I told them in detail what was wrong with the A/C. I refused to pay, but someone less experienced in B-S salesmanship may have. Don't trust these guys, and don't take your car to them. And, that guy Leighton at their front desk... he's a smooth talker! BEWARE!
