Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This place sucks tried railroad my wheelchair bound self into 378.00 Weekly rental for a compact. was told they sent all there cars to the east coast for hurricane Mathew. Only rented two days after I had rented a week at park avenue and five days at your commercial van store on 47th. I want my weekend rentals to be just that 30.00 weekend rentals. No price gouging due to your moving of cars, that's your situation and not us customers. I have paid over 900 in a month. That's good business and I was treated poorly . Will not ever rent at 49th st. location . Turned down 18 customers and tried full price or deny me and I am a plus member which hasn't given me any reductions .

recently moved to Florida and haven't purchased a car yet and needed transportation.

Can't speak for the negative comments but I CAN say I had a pleasant experience. Service was fast and I expected some badgering on buying insurance but surprisingly they weren't annoying. I would def would rent again, actually soon, and just want to say they were awesome.
