I took my dog in for his first cut and they told me that they were only gonna cut around his feet, face and butt and when I got there she was completely shaved and after I spoke to the owner Debbie she made every excuse and didn't seem to care about what took place! I highly recommend that you DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMAL THERE!

Debbie and Kelly went above and behind to help us in an emergency! Our fogs got skunked early this morning. My usual groomer was unable/ unwilling to see my dogs for an emergency visit. She recommended You Lucky Dog! I called and was reassured everything was ok and to bring my, "babies," over immediately! They were treated well, I think they enjoyed themselves. The price was great and we will be return clients. Thank you for saving the day, you really made a difference ����

Just move into the area was told U Lucky Dog was a good place, nice, but the staff was confused when I asked if I could bring my dog in the owner told me she would do him the staff was lazy.. over priced, but I thought oh well if he gets a nice haircut. when I got home I was rubbing his ears just to find out both were cut... NO MORE FOR MY FURBABY...

I've taken all three of my dogs there since they've been open. Yes they are expense but they have always done a good job.

I had Kelly do my dog. She was very friendly at first, but she had cut my dogs nail too short and it was bleeding all over the floor. I told her he was a handful and said not to do his nails if he wouldn't let her because he was going to the vet the following day. When I asked her about it she got VERY defensive and interrupted me over and over again. It was ridiculous. She then charged me $95. When we got to the car I noticed he was shivering and was still wet. Also, he took 6 hours! I know grooming takes a while but everywhere else I have gone it's been 3 or 4 hours or less. They didn't even apologize about his nail. I paid too much for a bad experience. :(

They did a great job on my dog but I ll feel I was way over charged they did have to do allot of work on him because it has been a while since he has been brushed really well all over but ive gotten him groomed at other places for the same circumstance and was charged 95.00 this was 145.00 and the place that charged 95.oo gave him a flea bath also and they were just as friendly and he was happy. but i wanted to find some place closer so I tried this place. If you have a show dog then it might be worth it. but even then the other place did just as good of job.
