        Made a reservation for a full size truck for 9:00 am the following morning. I got a call at 8:30 the morning of the reservation saying they did not have a full size truck nor did they have any vehicle for that matter. Finally by 1:00 pm just by pure luck someone turned in a full size truck which I was able to rent.

        So I returned the vehicle in the following morning with the same exact amount of gas as it was when I left with it the day before. The gentleman that did the original agreement said the truck had 3/4 tank of gas which I saw also but when he did the agreement he put down it was a full tank so when I returned the vehicle with 3/4 tank of gas I was then charged $30.00 for gas. So I tried several times to call the office and did not get an answer. Please be aware of agreement and receipt once you turn vehicle in.

        Service was horrible and I will NEVER use this business again.
