I've used this company before,never really had a problem except for the fact that the dispatcher is always rude and barely let me speak (even hung up on me a couple times). I really only use them because they are closer than other places and my rate stayed the same. I was visiting my daughter and...

I was visiting my daughter and the hotel I was staying at recommended Valley Cab. I was very pleased with the response time which was less than 10 minutes on all three occasions. I had 2 different drivers and they were both polite and the cabs were spotless. Also, I must add it was Memorial Day Weekend and there were no delays. I will definitely use them again on my next visit.

Crappy Customer Service

I have been using valley cab for a year, after being tired of Jimmy's terrible service. At first it was great. But a year later and their service is absolutely horrendous! The reps are incredibly rude! My hubby and I wait on average 45 minutes for their cabs to get to our house, and we live 15 minutes from their headquarters!!! SUCK!!!

the dispatcher was every rude and disgusting. he was also very rude. they kick me, women, out the moving car with a 16 month baby. I advise no one to use valley cab service what so ever. not even in the event of an emergency.

There is a guy who always answers the phone and he is too rude to do such a job. what i think is that the company belongs to him. he is too rude
