John Lam...this is Jeff Albaugh...trying to tell you what's going on u were glad took my package for delivery and the PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED DAMAGED! JVC SAYS IT WAS DROPPED! the responsibility is not on UPS is upon the UPS STORE and I've been told that by Crawford inSURANCE who said you're the one who shipped it and YOU have the responsibility. You were glad to take our money to send and insure it. Mike who works in your store told me it was approved and I would receive the check within a week. Week and a half later no check. I called Mike back then he informs me then he informs me the UPS store changed their mind and reversed themselves to a denial. this is not fair he told me it was approved and I'm waiting for the check he said the check is coming within a week so I don't know what's going on here. but I think it boils down to U just don't want to pay because I've seen other examples of the same thing on the Internet it's not like I'm the only one this is happening to. There is 43 pages of web sites . I called UPS STORE CORPORATE no live people and no one calls u back. please call Jeff you can reach me on my cell phone and I left your message this morning and you didn't call me back yet. Now it is in the later afternoon. I'm waiting for your return call. BBB AND ALL Of SOCIAL MEDIA will be contacted ...Facebook, utube, tumblr, Google+ , Twitter , Yelp . I will not go away until this is resolved. How do u sleep at night knowing how u don't pay ur claims???
