Moved into the area back in 2014, and I now have access to MTA Mobility and Taxi Access. Valley Cab is my number one service to use. Professional and Courteous. The dispatcher is always respectful.

*Taxi Access Customers*

To keep things moving smoothly, make sure you have your Taxi Access card out and accessible. (They will ask for the LAST 6 NUMBERS*. When your cab arrives, hand your card to the driver as soon you get inside.

Please book as soon as you can that day. I generally give a half hour to an hour in advance. After 15-20 minutes of placing your cab, feel free to give the dispatcher a cab to check the process.



If there was a option to give a negative grade I most definitely would. This isn't the first time I've had a issue with this service this is just the most recent. I was sitting here for 1 hour all together before I canceled the ride.
I called 30 min into my wait and was told they are trying but no one is accepting my ride and they don't know why or what's going on. So when I call to cancel the ride the guy had no idea who I was and acted like it was my first time calling. Couldn't remember the address to find the ride which means he didn't keep sending a notification to the drivers in their system. You are a terrible company and are never on time. You should get more drivers or just close you company, because if you keep up with this garbage it's only a matter of time before people all together stop using your service.



I always take Valley Cab and every time I try to call them, the same dispatcher always answers the phone and is extremely rude and disrespectful!! The drivers are usually nice but what good would that do if the first contact person you talk to is very mean?? I say, don't waste your time talking to people who you give your money to that are rude and doesn't care about customer service but they want your money!!


The Dispatcher was great...even funny!

I was visiting family who recently moved to Nd. The driver was a retired guy who loved to read and we talked a bit about books and authors. We drove a direct route to Baltimore Penn Sta. And all is well. I'll be using this service again. Mary Ellen. From Ct.



I've used this company before,never really had a problem except for the fact that the dispatcher is always rude and barely let me speak (even hung up on me a couple times). I really only use them because they are closer than other places and my rate stayed the same. Today I called for a cab, and it arrived later than usual (no biggie,I had some time) and the driver was fairly nice (at first). Then at the end of the ride, I hand him my credit card, he refused to accept it claiming something about a minimum amount or they won't accept. I told him I wasn't aware of that, I never had to deal with it the previous times I used this company. So he tries to swipe my card it declined and so I go inside my job and call the company. The dispatcher said he would take care of it. The driver comes into my job and starts complaining wouldn't really let me speak and then he yelled at me "Don't ever contact us again" I said "That's fine." Then he starts yelling about how I was wrong I should have said something who did I speak to, he's not going to get paid blah blah blah, so I told him the dispatcher may be trying to call you now, I don't know what else to tell you. Then he leaves and comes back yelling again, I said "Jesus loves you," and he says "Screw you,screw you." Needless to say I will NEVER use this service again,that was a COMPLETE turnoff and I will be following up on this issue because they were DEAD wrong. I NEVER had a problem using my credit card, and the dispatcher never even asked for my method of payment, and you pay for your cab at the end of the ride correct? Right, so I don't see what I did wrong, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this service at all They are rude, dishonest, and so are their drivers.


I was visiting my daughter and...

I was visiting my daughter and the hotel I was staying at recommended Valley Cab. I was very pleased with the response time which was less than 10 minutes on all three occasions. I had 2 different drivers and they were both polite and the cabs were spotless. Also, I must add it was Memorial Day Weekend and there were no delays. I will definitely use them again on my next visit.


Crappy Customer Service

I have been using valley cab for a year, after being tired of Jimmy's terrible service. At first it was great. But a year later and their service is absolutely horrendous!

The reps are incredibly rude! My hubby and I wait on average 45 minutes for their cabs to get to our house, and we live 15 minutes from their headquarters!!! Tonight my hubby called a cab and waited for 45 minutes before calling dispatch. The dispatcher rudely told him a cab had been there, my husband was waiting outside the ENTIRE time and not a SINGLE cab came into the parking lot.

The woman basically called him a liar and said she'd re-send a car. I told him to call another company, call back and cancel the service. It is absolutely unacceptable to wait over an hour for a cab especially when we are located only a short distance from where the cabs usually stand (the metro is a 15 minute WALK 5 minute car ride away!)

I called dispatch to ask to speak to a supervisor and was told I'd be transferred to his voicemail. Instead I was hung up on TWICE. The second time a woman in the background said "hang up." I called back twice more but got busy signals both times. It wasn't until I called from ANOTHER phone line that I actually got to the lady. I told her who I was, told her what I heard, got her name and her coworkers name and was finally transferred to a voicemail box... THAT WAS FULL.

I will be calling back and complaining to the manager and then the CEO. I pay good money for rides typically 20 dollars. I am tired of being treated like crap.

they kick me, women, out the moving car with a 16 month baby.

I advise no one to use valley cab service what so ever.

not even in the event of an emergency.

There is a guy who always answers the phone and he is too rude to do such a job. what i think is that the company belongs to him.
