As usual, the delivery experience of this Domino's Pizza was poor. On Saturday November 12, 2016. I ordered online at 12:40pm with an estimated delivery time of 28-38 minutes and per the online order tracker my order left the store at 12:56pm, at 1:30 I called the Domino's store to ask where my order was. I spoke with the manager "Jimmy" and he said it was on it's way...no kidding, for over 30 mins in the delivery vehicle...and that delivery time was 30-45 minutes...I pointed out that they had already passed both that general time point as well as the estimate I received with my online confirmation. When I asked how Domino's would remedy me if my food was cold when delivered, Jimmy said he would "try" to get me a replacement order on the "30-45 minute" time frame that they were already incapable of meeting on my order. I told him that his responses were not giving me any confidence in Domino's and asked for the name of the franchise owner. Jimmy said it was Mark "something". This is just another example of poor management and leadership at this Domino's location going back at least 5-6 years in my own dealings with this location. It has already gotten to the point where I only pay cash (instead of credit or debit) due to questions on charges to Domino's on my accounts on orders in the past and this location's refusal to even deign to answer any questions about them. Hey it's Domino's so my expectations for customer service are pretty low to begin with, but just another example of this store failing to even meet those minimal expectations.
