        Aurora can help you with the following: * Cosmetic repairs: the patching of potholes or repairs of isolated surface damage * Structural failures: Areas where the sub-base of the asphalt has failed which need to be excavated and repaired prior to laying down new asphalt overlay * Extensions to or widening of existing parking lots * New asphalt overlay: Laying down of a new bituminous asphalt surface over an existing parking lot or new base * Drainage issues: Correction of standing water problems or redirecting runoff water away from your building's foundation * Concrete Repairs: Cracked up sidewalks and curbs can be an eyesore and a hazard. We are able to repair or replace the sidewalks, curbs or accu-drains. * Sealcoating: Seal coating is a liquid coal tar sealer that protects asphalt and enhances its appearance. We do small parking lots, sidewalks, walking trails, or just about anything. Property owners are responsible for the process of approval from HOA, state, local, city or county required permits or permissions before work will begin.
