Timber Tops Luxury Cabin Rentals

We arrived on Christmas Eve late to ViewTopia and the cabin was horrible! I was told when I booked the cabin that it would have a Christmas tree...it did not. The commodes were a nasty BLACK and cleared up after about 15 flushes to expose a nasty toilet bowl, the tubs were gross, one of the bedroom lights in the main floor bedroom would not come on, the dish receiver in the master suite would not work, , the fireplace did not work, the toilet handle in the master suite was falling off, none of the doors in the basement would close or lock including the bathroom door, the parking was HORRIBLE, We could only fit 1 little car in front of our cabin and had to park on the hill or in the neighbors spot the rest of the time) There were cobwebs in the game room the size of Texas, the back decks are leaning really badly and do not feel safe at all, the security gate would not open half of the time when we were leaving, we called security one night because we had to go to the emergency room and could not get the gate to work! I had to shimmy through the gates, walk to the keypad (which isn't close at all) to put in the code in to get my husband to the emergency room! I sent an email to guest services via the link provided to me the night we arrived, thinking surely someone would call us the day after Christmas to come address some of our issues. No one called. I called on Thursday and was put on hold and finally hung up. My husband called the security guy the night we needed out of the gate who told us he would relay the message for SOMEONE to call us the very next morning and no one ever did. We FINALLY heard from someone when they called us at 10:55 the morning we left to tell us the maid had called and we were late checking out and they were there to clean the cabin. The maid arrived at 10:15 am (which we thought check out was at 11:00. But we were already loading our cars to leave. We pulled out at 10:25 am and got the call at 10:55. Not ever going back!
