While on vacation my GMC Acadia started leaking antifreeze. I called Carrs for a tow and they took my car to their shop and found the waterpump was bad. They replaced it in 1 day and had us back on the road very quick. The office lady was very nice and helpful... Great service and folks!!!

As a certified ASE tech I advise you not to bring your vehicle here.I own two garages in Kentucky.Broke an emergency brake spring while on vacation was told I needed rear pads and rotors I let them put pads on but still am going to have to fix the spring to get home.

My friend and I were enjoying our vacation in the Smoky Mountains in Tennessee unfortunately we were stuck on a mountain my friend who had AAA for 30 years had called for the first time for assistance they didn't know who to call in that area to send help and employee at the Sugarland rest area found the number to Carr's Towing my friend had called them and within an hour they were there we were towed off the mountain to their lot it was after hours we could have been stuck there all night but instead they took the time to fix us up and get us on our way we both give you guys 100 thumbs up I would recommend this place to anyone stop and think about it two females stuck on the mountain in the evening and not knowing where we were every one of them perfect gentleman the price was very reasonable I thought it was going to be more we want to say thank you very much you guys are great

Carr's Auto is the worst! Called a day ahead of time and was told $75 for a tune-up (I had the parts already) he said it would take an hour. Sounds great right? Well this is where the story takes a turn. Take it in to them in the morning like I said, and when I get there they said they made a mistake and said it would take a little longer than they initially thought. So now he tells me $128 labor. I was annoyed but agreed on that price and left my vehicle with them to get the plugs and wires done. 5 hours later I get a call, and I'm expecting them to say it's done, but instead the guy says he told me wrong and it's going to be $328!!! Said he only quotes me for wires at $128. So I told them I will take it elsewhere since other local shops quoted me $150 and said it would not take more than 2 hours MAX!!! Complete waste of time on my vacation, avoid the headache and take it somewhere else!

My family and I were in Gatlinburg for the weekend, went out to Pigeon Forge for dinner, after dinner we stopped at Jaws for some souvenier shopping and came out to find our vehicle wouldn't start. Being out of town we were worried that we wouldn't find a reputable towing service and mechanic to fix our issues. We were pleasantly surprised by doing a Yellow Pages search I found Carrs, we made the call they were there within 15 minutes, were very professional, towed our vehicle, it was @ 10:00 on a Friday Night, we were worried the rest of our trip would be a bust. To our surprise, My husband called them first thing Saturday morning, the car was fine there was an issue with the anit-theft system, They towed us, put it on a diagnostic machine, and only charged $100, They were totally awesome from start to finish. I would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone. We come to Tennessee several times a year, and it's peace of mind knowing that we found a great company in the event we are ever in need of these type of services far from home. THANKS CARR'S, YOU'RE THE BEST!!!!
