Came out to North Manchester right away even though it was 20 minutes out of his way. He was able to get my keys out of the car in 5 minutes when campus safety couldnt get it at all. He even made me another key on the spot. This was awesome considering it was on an Audi and the first three places I called refused to touch it. THANKS
