Subway

I got a sub the other day on my way from work & there was a roach in the lettuce. I was disgusted... Told the guy that was there & he was very rude & even cussed me. Will boycott this location.

Wonderful family environment! Excellent customer service. They seem to really care about their customers. I will recommend this establishment to my friends and family.

Stopped by this particular Subway last nite to pick up supper, it was about 8:30 and there was not one customer in the place. Opened the door and the chime went off, letting the employee know that someone had entered the building. I was greeted by the radio blasting through the entire place, THANKFULLY I didn't have my 7 year old son there to hear the song that was playing, I thought that I had walked into a night club, after about 30 seconds, someone changed the station and turned down the volume (signaling that they were aware that a customer had come in) after standing there for 3 or 4 mins lightly coughing and clearing my throat to let someone know that I was there, I seen a reflection in the drivethrough window glass she looked around and started filling up a mayonaise bottle. I said hello and finally the employee stuck her head around the corner and said give me a minute I'll be right there. I was furious, I called my wife and asked her was there anything else that she wanted because of the service or lack there of I was recieving, finally the girl come out of the back as I had turned to walk out of the resturant, didn't say a word, as I reached my car I decided to go back in to get the owners name and number, the employee stated that she wasn't allowed to give that information out. I asked who the manager was and was again told that she wasn't allowed to give that information out either. Then what I was asked next was unbelievable, she asked me if there was a problem! I went through with her everything that I mentioned above and the only excuse/reason that she could come up with is that she had to fill the mayonaise bottles so that she could make the sandwiches, sandwiches that I have not even ordered yet, how did she know that I wanted mayonaise on my sandwiches? I looked around the resturant to see if there were people in there that I couldn't see and I was correct I was the only person in there. Clearly the employee didn't want to be there and wouldn't give me the information that I requested because I am probably not the only one who has complained about her service or lack of. Definatley will NEVER visit this location again. Went right around the corner to REAL PIZZA and got better food and better service for probably about the amount of money.
