An implant installed about a year ago in another state began to come loose, I knew I would need to find a dentist but was at a loss as to where to go, the search for a dental group that does implants yielded no viable solution. In my search I came across Pickens Family Dentistry, I called and explained my situation and asked if they could help, the receptionist confidently told me that she would speak to one of the dentists and then create an appointment for me, she put me on hold and shortly came back and told me that I could go there immediately, I went to the office within ten minutes and after a very short wait they took me in, the assitant to the dentist greeted me as if I was a long time patient, she set up the examining room and equipment and shortly thereafter the Dentist came in, he too was very cordial told me he was sure he could help me and began the process. Efficient and professional he began the process of resolving the problem with the tooth replaced it and thanked me for choosing Pickens Family Dentistry. I can assure them that they will become our family Dentists for as long as they are in Practice.
