        EAGLE EYE......THEY HAVE THE MARKET CORNERED. DOES THIS MEAN THEY CAN BE RUDE?

        EAGLE EYE HAS THE MARKET CORNERED IN ANDERSON SC...SINCE THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES THE COUNTY WILL USE FOR ANKLE MONITORING. WHY? IS THERE A CONTRACT? IS THAT FAIR? THE PRICES ARE KIND OF FAIR I GUESS. BUT THE SERVICE SUCKS AND THE PEOPLE ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE PHONE ARE VERY RUDE!!!!!!!!! I THINK ANDERSON COUNTY COMM. NEEDS TO CHECK INTO THIS.....THANKS CONCERNED CITIZEN
