T he 12x24 tile is the star of the show in this modern, fully-appointed renovation The transition from floor to shower wall to ceiling creates the illusion of making this long room even longer. A full bank of cabinetry along the outside wall is accented with a mirror and a double window over the long single-sink “Calcatta” countertop.
Bathroom Remodeling
T his bathroom has it all and it all fits together beautifully! The unique roof angles all work to accentuate the clean linear design of the custom bathroom renovation. A tasteful choice in materials show off each area without creating any visual competition and all of the neutral hues stabilize the bright peaked ceiling.
Flooring
A proper wine cellar relies equally on functionality and form to do its job and do it impressively. This custom temperature controlled room is wrapped in cherry—built to spec—racks. The lighter beige bark flooring creates a light center and a draw to the stone back wall and granite-topped tasting area. Strategic lighting and a recessed oval ceiling create a dramatic effect in the extraordinary room.

Deep grays and bold browns are accented by clean, classic lines with a few modern touches. A warm farmhouse floor underscores banks of beautiful Summit Gray cabinetry featuring 2 7/8” framing, displaying impressive faces. Deep crown molding and larger drawer and door pulls accentuate the farmhouse scene while the depth of the island and bar countertops of Polished Gladstone provides a striking counterbalance that makes this kitchen and dining area one-of-a-kind! A mix of leather seating around the island bar is a mix of formal and informal for the family’s daily activity.
Tile Installation
This master bathroom features Shaker style maple cabinetry stained in Nutmeg, with Cambria quartz countertops. The tile work in the shower is stunning! And for the final touch, a towel warmer and radiant floor heat.
Fireplaces
T abula rasa in a basement means a world of possibilities to the Dilworth design team. Here, we took an unrealized space and turned it into a complete living space featuring a bedroom, office, kitchenette, work out area, and living area peppered with convenient touches and plentiful storage throughout. The renovated fireplace alone is a showstopper with its Ledgestone Cambria Travertine Picasso finish and Midnight Mist mantel.
