they all are very helpful these ppl should work for corporate store, they are very very helpful, i have been to many cricket stores in town i would say these are the best. i been paying $5 every month for insurance on my phone and after 7 month my phone droped and i had a big crack on it and went to the corporate to get my insurance claim, they were charging me 85 to get a new phone, while i bought the phone for 50! so i found this place in metro center mall and not only they fixed my screen for cheaper price but they also gave me a very good deal on a new android and gave me very good customer service. they also gave me good deal on ghost armor so i dont crack my screen again. thank guys, i will definitely recommend my families and friends to you guys, thanks bunch!
I recently cracked the screen on the brand new LG G2 I had for 2 days, after calling around to nearly every phone repair shop in Phoenix, I found this store to have the lowest price. It cost me $120 to replace my screen. I had shops quoting me $140-$220 to replace my screen. Aside from them have the LOWEST PRICE IN PHOENIX, I received EXCELLENT customer service, super fast repair, and their shop has just about ANYTHING you need, for any phone, and for any service. After they made the Repair to my LG I informed the Repair technician I needed to buy a protective case, and he was kind enough to give me one for FREE with my repair. (Cases aren't cheap, $15-35) I would highly recommend wireless toyz, and if I need any service done my mobile devices, I will be returning.
Ask for Robert. He's the smartest guy around. Just ret'd from CA vacation and unfortunately went into the Verizon Store in Del Mar to discuss a purchase. I left there with the biggest mess (too much to get into) and when I returned to Phx, it took 2 hrs (approx), a purchase of a new phone, and much confusion on both our parts to straighten out this mess. Robert was patient, knowledgagle and courteous. Because of the debacle, they thru in a car charger, blue tooth and phone case. I can't believe (still) how crazy this mess was, but Robert (the genius that he is) straightened the whole mess out. Thank God for Robert!!! (Metro Store)
