        We were in this bank on Saturday November 1/2014 to get a cash advance for a purchase. We are Canadian and are down for 6 months a year. We had some difficulties doing so with the process due to Canadian banking rules. Jesus Brecedia was such a pleasure to work with. He went out of his way in so many aspects of the transaction it was unbelievable. He should be commended for the service he provided for us. Very very amazing service and we thank him
