        Absolutely 0 stars for this business broker. I have been in the coin-op business for 15 years and decided to buy a laundromat through UBI. I asked twice for the books for the first quarter of 2008. Both meetings they neglected to provide them. I was assured that everything was satisfactory and consistent with 2007 books and that the seller was having personal problems and couldn't provide them. I purchased the business and immediately business was down 40% from the books!!!! I contacted the seller personally and managed to drum up the first quarter of 08' and lo and behold the business had tanked and the broker lied about it!!!! The seller also stated that he provided UBI with each month of 2008. Do not use them as you too will get screwed out of your life savings and scammed beyond belief. Screw you John and Pete who sold me "Grande Lavanderia"!!!!!!!!!! and screw you Tom Sabell who was the seller and lied about the income. Do not, I warn you, DO NOT buy from any of these people. Tom Sabell with Sun Valley Launderers, INC. because he lies about income!!!
