Waterfront Apartments

This dump is not on a water front. The small lake with trash and bugs belongs to the apartments next door. This place is horrible. The owner is an alcoholic and smells like booze. He and the girl at the desk yells at tenants. They lie and raise your rent with no notice and uses that as an excuse to evict tenants and ruin your credit so you cannot find another place. The workers walk in your apt and have stolen jewelry from several tenants. The apts are small and have roaches,mold and ants. This is the worst place I have ever lived.

BEWARE!!! This place is a horrid ghetto with black mold,roaches and a sadistic mentally unstable Russian owner that bought this dump. When he took over he laughingly threw out almost everyone that didn't leave on their owndue to bad health or poverty. This is a section 8 apt building. He yells and cusses out the tenants .Claims he was a member of the kgb (again mentally unstable) Thre the elderly and disabled and women with infants out with lies....raising rent with no notice and had put notices on 70% of doors.Taking everyone to court claiming they knew rent was raised. The girl in the office is sadistic.She said he pays her well to treat these section 8 people like animals and to 'control them. Everyone who had to move70% has an eviction on their record that makes it almost imposible to find a decent place to rent. I could go in more detail,but I want to warn people.Also,This dump is not on a water front...The apartments next door have a lake that is usually stagnant. PLEASE BEWARE!
