        Nice Place!

        We visit the Villa at least 2x each year. This place is very nice in the context of gay resorts! The owner does run a tight ship with regard to not wanting it to be a bath house. That said, if you are discrete it can be a lot of fun. Owner has no problem with that. Just take PDA's to your room. Place is very clean. Well maintained and safe. Highly recommend. Only thing missing is no guest breakfast or happy hour which would make it easier to meet the other guests.

        avoid this place!

        very unfriendly, surly staff. In your face about everything. I wanted a relaxing stay but they made it like staying at my mothers! The pool is nice, but that's about the only good thing about the place.
