This company is not listed with the Better Business Bureau. It had a relationship with UPS, but no longer. My experience:
1. There is a set up fee, they just use a different name.
2. The phone number they assigned to me was not a new number.
3. Over 100 "wrong numbers", and I was billed almost $1.75 for every one, plus the monthly fee.
4. When I complained, they gave me a new number -- but did not tell me, so how would my clients know.
5. Then they billed for another customer's calls.
