General Info: We invite you to join us in a unique celebration of Mexican cuisine. At Poblano you will enjoy a warm atmosphere with dishes rarely seen in Mexican restaurants. We pride ourselves in serving gourmet Mexican dishes that are made with fresh ingredients and complimented with sauces that are too complex for most restaurants.It took us years to develop our menu because we wanted to highlight the many influences that have shaped Mexican cuisine and bring it to you in an environment likened to our own experiences in old Mexico. Over the years we noticed a need for a Mexican restaurant that truly celebrates the authenticity of Mexican cuisine. We also saw Arizonaâ€™s growing taste for authentic Mexican flavors. This inspired us to combine our love for Mexican food with our experience as restaurateurs to bring you a menu weâ€™re most proud of. In it we combine mole, complex sauces, fresh spices and many home-made ingredients.The menu was also influenced by one of our Chefâ€™s studies in Chihuahua, Mexico at Lâ€™Ecole du Chef, a member of the World Association of Chefs Societies. Here his exploration of disciplined and creative ideas was second to none. Poblano is definitely a fresh concept in Arizona. Poblano offers all its dishes for dine-in or take-out and most dishes in the Poblano Express drive-thru. You can be certain that we never sacrifice when it comes to freshness, original ingredients and proper cooking methods. Whether you enjoy our delicious banana leaf wrapped fish or our nut and spice Chile en Nogada, you'll experience flavors you're sure to tell your family and friends about. Besides offering more than 10 main original dishes, we've also enhanced some of the more traditional ones with our Poblano, Ensenada & Ranchero styles.
