        Outstanding experience. Walk...

        Outstanding experience. Walked in with a jammed lock and walked out with a functional lock, fair price and no attempt to sell me more than I needed. Observed the morning dispatch process for all the techs and would feel comfortable with any of them doing security work for me. Adding Hicks to my short list of critical trades.
