I have been dealing with Hahn's for more than 25 Years and you could not ask for a more honest and faithful business man in the valley of the sun.
Steve and his employees work on chain saws, mowers, lawn blowers, trimmers, sharpens knifes to razor sharpness and a array of odds and end that most shops won't even touch and if you want a fair and honest opinion if it can be fixed or not take it to Hahn’s.
Over the years if I ever had a problem with any issue with the way something was repaired or with other issues in the shop and I talk to Steve Hahn (the owner) and then it was taken care of.
I know recently Steve has been trying to enjoy his later years in life a home with his bride and that is the right of anyone who has worked hard all his life for everything he has. And it is a shame you hire someone who is to fill in for you and you find out he not the guy you thought he was and have to let him go. You know sometimes the best laid plans of mice and men do not always go the way you might have planned them.
Once again Steve found out about a problem it was taken care of.
Unfortunately you can not please everyone when these problems arise. I would imagine this has happened to many a business man and One bad apple doesn’t destroy a whole bushel.
So if you need your chainsaw, mower, trimmer, edger, knives sharpened, new chain for your chain saw and/ or any lawn equipment or just other odds and ends that need mechanical repair and want a fair price and quality work take it to Hahn's.
I have been using Hahn's for 15 years. I am very happy with the service that I get every time I take my equipment there. Steve the owner is always willing to work with me if there is a problem. On occasion parts take a while to order and he sometimes lets me use a loaner tool so I can keep my crew working out in the field. I love his attitude towards customer service and the ideas he has that help me save money. He is always honest and will tell me if it is better to buy a new machine than try and fix an old one. Sometimes the cost in the long run isn't worth it to fix old equiptment. I know he can make more money on labor and parts than on selling a new unit. He is from the "old school" way of doing things. It's great to have him back. I will always use Hahn's for all my repairs and sharpening.

Brought in mower for simple sharpening and bed knife. After two weeks went to pick it up; it was not done and no one had called. They said I also needed a tune up. Left it for another week to do the work. When I got the mower home, it would not run. Carburator not reconnected correctly, gasket missing. It was obvious that the mower was never test run and was repaired by a moron. The store manager told me it was a simple and minor problem. They would fix it. Obviously, the store manager believes that sloppy work is a minor problem. Since Mr. Hahn has retired and turned his business over to idiots, it will never be the same. I will go elsewhere after 30 years of going to Hahn's.

Strike me as completely dishonest. The issue on my mower was a part on the housing that maintains the wheel height. I ask to have it fixed on the warranty. I figured they would either replace the part or bend it to the correct shape. Either would have fixed the problem. They said they didn't know how to fix it. How do you not know how to replace a part?
