Fletcher's Tire and Auto Service

My parents were in from out of town over the Memorial Day weekend when the only car that held our whole family, completely died.

We drove up to Fletcher's with no appointment and the gentleman behind the register (name started with a C - Clinton, Clayton or Colton???) told me that even though they had an extreme backup because of the holiday weekend, that he'd do an assessment of the car to tell me what was wrong. We weren't sure if it was the battery or alternator. Turned out while it was a bit of both, it was primarily just a battery problem. Just as we were trying to figure out next steps, the gentleman said, "let me just change your battery right now for ya." I can't tell you how appreciative I was and will definitely be a future customer in the future just because of this one exchange. Thank you so much Fletchers! Manager Calvin Erickson and his Crew, specifically mechanic Josh Burnside, went so far beyond the call of duty that I will never be able to thank them enough.



Despite not having a scheduled appointment, Calvin and Josh stay working on my daughter's car 1 and a half hours past shop closing time because they understood that my daughter not being able to get to work would be a huge burden on our family.



I have been a customer of this shop for 8 years and the help Calvin and Josh gave my family will not be forgotten. I am a customer for life.. Highly recommend this shop!!!!

Their service was everything others have said in their positive reviews. They have me road ready for a long drive to Illinois without a bunch of extra charges to add to my safety inspection. The guys at Fletchers are top notch! I have always been taken care of there. My husband doesn't even bother going with me because he knows those guys always take care of me and never pressure, or push me into something I don't need. They are very honest and reliable people and I won't go anywhere else! They go up and beyond the call of duty and constantly exceed my expectations! If they say they are going to call you, they will! These guys are the best! Even when they know we just need to know what's wrong with one of our cars so we can fix it ourselves, they treat us like they are getting the whole job. I would recommend them to anyone!
