Made a confirmed reservation with this site and called to confirm. Appeared at the office about 5 min after the reservation time. Waited about 10 min for the only person in the office to check out the customers ahead of me only to find out he had given them the car designated for me. No one called me to check on the reservation and the only option I was given by the agent after being told they had given away my car and that a reservation with Enterprise basically means NOTHING - was I can simply wait until another car is returned - but of course he had no idea when that would be. No remorse, no options and a blank stare when I asked for them to provide a taxi to take me home. I called the corporate help line and was ASSURED a regional VP would call within 2 hours to help resolve the matter. Still waiting on that call. Worse than worthless customer service. Avoid at all costs unless you find walking or Uber to be your preferred mode(s) of transportation.
