Well the lady on top is dumb I travel with this company I love it we don't pay costumer to be stupid haha

purchased a ticket for my son (16) and his cousin (18) to go back home to Las Cruces, NM from Phoenix, AZ. I waited with them at the bus station and when the guy we purchased the ticket from told us to load up on the bus we did so. About 5 hours later I get a call from my son, he's in Las Vegas??? After talking to the bus driver and being told it was OUR FAULT because we got on the wrong bus I decide it would be better to talk to a supervisor. Again, told it was OUR FAULT, not theirs because even though we were told it was the RIGHT BUS we should have checked.



I told him we DID check and ASSUMED they knew what they were talking about...obviously they didn't After a long drawn out debate they finally agreed to put my son and his cousin up in a hotel and get them a ride back to Phoenix. While we were less than satisfied we were happy that in the END they decided to make things right.



So we decide to try them again, not one to completely write a company off after one bad experience I ask my fiance to go buy a ticket for our son. She get's to the counter and asks for a ticket and then jokingly says, "hopefully my son doesn't get sent to Las Vegas, LOL"...trying to make light of the situation. Instead of jesting back or even a friendly snicker the guy at the counter says, "I remember that and it wasn't our fault, it was YOURS"



Needless to say my wife and I will not be going back there. Greyhound from here on out.
