IF YOU WANT BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE MANAGER HERE IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL GUY EVER!! The manager of this restaurant needs to be audited by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and possibly fired. I was given an order that was wrong and he refused to make the order over, but specifically tried to take my burrito and add the beef that they forgot to put in it to the already made burrito. He refused to remake my order and acted very unprofessionally in doing so by throwing it away in my face and calling security because I demanded a refund. However, I never got my refund but security let me know that this place is already under investigation for the way the manager treats the customers and gave me the number to PHX Aviation and Operation Services. I reported the issue and I hope it goes a long way as to kick El Bravo and the manager out of the airport!
