The place has good location and easy to find.. When you get to the Restaurant you will receive a warm welcome to the receptionist, the place has good ambiance.. The table and chairs are comfortable to sit on.. As we arrive and sit, waiter will go on your table and ask politely and getting your order in a nice way.. We didn't wait for so long, the food was awesome. Fresh and quality.Like this review?Yes|Flag Abuse

This is a traditional steak house who cooks the fillet to perfection. The potatoes are loaded and the broccoli is huge.
You can go just for the bread itself. The bread comes in big chunks loaded with butter. The house salad is big and the ranch is homemade.
The service is superb and the waiters top notch. The atmosphere is crowded but also laid back.
The prices are medium high. Expect about $150 for four peo... view more
My husband took me here for dinner he swore it is the best place in town for steak, but all i know is that we are two of a kind especially when it comes to food because i thought it was just ok not the best just OK. Their cescar sald is not good either its a little bland and too peppery not my taste at all. I just had to eat here once and knew i would not be back.Like this review?Yes|Flag AbuseProvided by Citysearch

After I discovered Durant's, a Phoenix favorite since the 1950's, all other steakhouses paled by comparison. My favorite is the porterhouse for two - yummy! And their mixed drinks are top-notch. Don't miss the Key Lime Pie for dessert.
It reminds me of restaurants my parents would take me to when I was little (and didn't appreciate such greatness). Do yourself a favor, and visit Durant's.
I made reservations for my girlfriend and I for a celebration dinner a week in advance. We entered the resturaunt and the host told us it would be about twenty minutes past our reservation time before we were seated. An hour later people who were complaining the most were seated before us. I told the host that we were still waiting and he said he would get our seats but 15 minutes later he was still nowhere to be ... view moreLike this review?Yes|Flag AbuseProvided by Citysearch
I read the reviews before I made reservations...take 10% of the ravers off and 10% of the naysayers off and you've got a good a solid review. We queried some of the locals on it and they said ""expensive."" So we made reservations and went, New Years Eve, '06 at 5:30 PM.\r
