I am a strong believer in first impressions and I must say they blew it. I try to give the benefit of a doubt but it's kind of hard to drive 45 min to a store and be ignored for about 20 minutes by every single staff member in the store! We finally got tired of waiting and left. A greeting to acknowledge our presence might have made all the difference. .. to at least let us know they might be busy but they would be with us when they Could.Share Review
I am the owner of Discount Aquarium Fish and Reef. This review is alarming because I work every day, and I am sure all our customers will agree, that I great everyone who comes in and ask them if I can help them, or answer any questions they may have.
