VERY poor service!

We first went to the Osco Storewhen it was further east on Bell Road, in the Walmart shopping center. We had a TERRIBLE experience there. The cashier was so rude to my elderly mother that it made her cry, simply because she couldn't get the money out of her wallet quickly enough. I wrote a letter to management, but no response. When they moved to 44th Street and Bell, we simply boycotted the place, choosing to shop at Walgreens at 40th Street and Bell instead. But time had passed, and Osco was very convenient, so we decided to give it a try again. Apparently, they choose to hire the MOST RUDE people in the city. I have been there 3 times in the past 2 weeks, and I will never return. For no apparent reason, they are short tempered and act angry if they have to check out someone at the cashier. This is not the same person always! The last time, it was ""WE DON'T TAKE VISA CARDS!"" Huh? It says they do on the window. And I used my visa card the day before at that very store. So I paid cash instead. I don't understand this place. I will continue to shop at Walgreens, and tell all my friends and family to stay away from Osco.
